Can I track my order? Absolutely. As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your cookware’s journey right to your stove.
Product Care & Safety
Is your cookware safe for induction stoves? Many of our Delvique collections are induction-compatible. Please check the "Specifications" section on the individual product page to confirm if a specific pan or pot is suitable for your cooktop.
How should I maintain my Delvique cookware? To extend the life of your cookware, we generally recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent. While many items are dishwasher safe, hand washing preserves the finish and non-stick properties for a longer period.
Do you use PFOA-free materials? Yes! All DelviqueShop non-stick products are 100% PFOA-free, ensuring a safe and healthy cooking environment for you and your loved ones.
Returns & Satisfaction
What is your return policy? We want you to love every meal you cook. If you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returns on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
